Specifications:

200 kg per barrel; 110g for 6.8mm thickness; 90g for 5.8mm thickness; suitable for insulating glass widths from 5 to 20A; fully cures in 1-3 weeks.

Certifications:

EN 1279-4 (Europes highest insulating glass standard); IGCC (International Insulating Glass Certification Council).

Applications:

Mainly used for manufacturing high energy-efficient insulating glass.

Features:

1. Excellent aging resistance with rigid structural support and moderate elastic recovery.

2. Superior airtightness and watertightness a core advantage that generally exceeds traditional silicone sealants; effectively retains inert gas and prevents moisture ingress.

3. Low water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), significantly slowing humidity increase within the insulating cavity.

4. Outstanding adhesion to glass, various metal and non-metal spacers, and coated glass surfaces, providing durable bonding.

5. Good flexibility and movement accommodation, allowing it to adapt to glass deformation.

Instructions:

Use specialized equipment to heat TPSS sealant to 110°C140°C until it reaches an extrudable state. Then evenly extrude the TPSS sealant along the edge of the insulating glass unit to form the seal layer.
