Product Description

The high-frequency welding aluminum spacer bar is a high-performance insulating glass spacer manufactured with high-frequency welding technology. After undergoing more than a dozen processes, it features a flat and smooth surface that is resistant to scratches, ensuring a beautiful and refined appearance. It oalso ffers stronger structural integrity, resistance to oxidation and corrosion, and an extended service life.

Application:

The high-frequency welding aluminum spacer bar is primarily used in the insulating glass industry, where it is used to evenly separate two or more pieces of glass and provide support. It is also commonly utilized in insulating sliding doors and other related industries.

Performance Data:

The OYADE high-frequency welding aluminum spacer bar meets international standard heights. The product surface is smooth, clean, free from oil cracks, and with uniform air holes and precise flush cuts. It exhibits excellent bending characteristics and complies with the requirements of JC/T 2069-2011.

Limitation:

1. For bending connections, professional bending equipment must be used.

2. Ensure the surface of the aluminum spacer bar remains clean and free of oil and dirt to guarantee the quality and firmness of the connection.

3. During installation, you should ensure the accuracy of the intersection position of horizontal and vertical spacers; ensure uniform spacing between each spacer; clearly mark the installation positions to ensure the glass panels fit snugly into the spacer.

4. Before use, inspect each interface to ensure compliance with specifications and absence of defects to prevent exposure and unevenness.

5. Use corner keys and connectors corresponding to the size of the aluminum spacer bar specifications at all connection interfaces.

Product specification:

4A-40A; can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Shelf life:

The high-frequency welding aluminum spacer bar is non-hazardous and can be safely transported through various methods.

It should be stored in a cool and dry place, and kept away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. And avoid excessive pressure or squeezing.

Instructions:

1. After the aluminum spacer bar is cleaned, assemble the spacer frame with corner keys or connectors as needed and fill it with molecular sieves.

2. Use professional gluing equipment to apply butyl sealant and combine it with the original piece of insulating glass.

3. After the outer sealant is applied and cured, the insulating glass is completed.

Maintenance:

Aluminum spacers should be handled carefully during storage and transportation to avoid surface scratches or defects that affect the beauty and sealing of insulating glass.

Normally, aluminum spacers do not require maintenance. If problems such as aging occur, professionals should use special tools to dismantle and replace the entire window, and then re-glue it during installation.

Safety Notes:

This product is non-toxic and will not harm the human body. When handling the aluminum spacer, wear clean and non-shedding gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints or stains. The aluminum spacer bar requires a one-piece bending process using professional bending tools. For non-bending connections, ensure the pins used match the size specifications to prevent issues such as air leakage or molecular sieve leakage.
