5. Use corner keys and connectors corresponding to the size of the warm edge spacer specifications at all connection interfaces.

Shelf life:

The PP warm edge spacer is non-hazardous and can be safely transported using various methods.

Instructions:

1. Clean and prepare the warm edge spacer, ensuring it is free from any dirt or debris. Assemble the spacer frame with corner keys and connectors, and fill it with molecular sieve.

2. Utilize professional gluing equipment to apply a layer of butyl sealant. Then, align and attach the warm edge spacer to the original piece of insulating glass.

3. Apply and allow the outer sealant to cure. Once cured, the insulating glass is complete.

Maintenance:

Warm edge spacers should be handled carefully during storage and transportation to avoid surface scratches or defects that affect the beauty and sealing of insulating glass.

Normally, warm edge spacers do not require maintenance. If problems such as aging occur, professionals should use special tools to dismantle and replace the entire window, and then re-glue it during installation.
