3A molecular sieve is an adsorbent filled inside the space bar, featuring a hard and smooth surface, good abrasion resistance, high strength, low capacity, and excellent adsorption capacity. It shows no peeling, breakage, or powder shedding during transportation and use. It has a rapid warming effect and a faster adsorption rate. Even if the ambient temperature fluctuates between -40 and 40℃, its adsorption capacity can still exceed 20%. It is capable of deep drying of the glass, ensuring that the leakage point is below -60℃.

OYADE 3A molecular sieve is full, uniform, hard, and wear-resistant. It has high strength and low capacity, and possesses excellent adsorption capacity. Its performance meets the requirements of GB/T 10504-2017.

Limitation:
1. The molecular sieve must be kept sealed and must not come into contact with air.
2. Filling must be done in a dust-free and dry room with humidity less than 50%.
3. Use it immediately after opening the package. It is recommended to complete the filling within 2 hours. Filling the spacers with molecular sieves must be completed within 45 minutes to minimize the time exposing to the air.

Shelf life:

Usage Method:
1. Check to ensure that the molecular sieve is dry and constructed in a dry and dust-free environment.
2. Uniformlly fill the insulating glass spacers with molecular sieves of corresponding aperture.
3. Finish the glass lamination within 45 minutes after filling to avoid excessive moisture contact.
Maintenance:
1. Molecular sieves absorb moisture quickly when in contact with air, so they should be stored in a dry and sealed environment. When using, ensure that the molecular sieve is dry before filling and operate in a dry environment. After filling, the container should be closed immediately to avoid exposure to the air. Otherwise, it will affect the adsorption efficiency of the molecular sieve.
2. Generally, no maintenance is required. However, if it needs to be replaced due to expiration, you must use professional tools to remove the old molecular sieve, and re-insert the new molecular sieve. And don't forget to perform corresponding tests.
