Technique Parameters:

Limitation:

1. Can not be used for structural assembly.

2. Not suitable for using when the material surface temperature is lower than 4℃ or higher than 40℃.

3. Not suitable for frosted or wet surfaces.

4. Not suitable for places that are continuously immersed in water or are wet all year round.

5. Not suitable for materials that will exude grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the oiled wood surface.

Shelf life:

It is a non-dangerous product. Please store it in a cool and dry place below 27°C. The validity period is 12 months. It is recommended to use it within 6 months after purchase.

Instructions:

1. Surface cleaning: the glass surface should be cleaned and dried. The grease, dust, moisture and stains on the bonding surface should be removed thoroughly.

2. It is recommend to mix components A and B according to the volume ratio of 9:1 ~ 13:1 (the best recommended ratio is 10:1).

3. Butterfly test should be carried out before using to test whether the mixing is uniform or not. After the butterfly test, pull-off test should be carried out to determine the suitable mixing ratio and operation time.

4. Gluing: glue should be carried out in the same direction to prevent air entering the glue and reduce the sealing effect.

Maintenance:

1. After the silicone sealant components A and B are mixed, the sealant colloid begins to undergo a cross-linking reaction. And its surface drying time and curing speed are related to the mixing ratio of components A and B. It will fully cure at the room temperature and produce maximum bonding strength after 14 days.

2. Don't touch or move the insulating glass before the silicone sealant curing.

3. You don't need to maintain it too much. If the glue joint breaks, replace the damaged part, and then remove the deposits with solvent and fill it with the same sealant.

Safety Notes:

1. This product is not toxic when fully cured. Pay attention not contact with your eyes, if you did, please promptly flush your eyes with plenty of water and find a doctor to ask for help. 

2. Uncured product should be kept away from children. Alcohol substances will be released during the curing process, so the application and curing areas should be kept ventilated to avoid adverse effects on the human body caused by excessive concentration of alcohol substances.
